Knowledge: What is sustainability, what is happening on this campus, what is happening on other campuses, what research is being done?
Networking: Meeting other people who are working on sustainability initiatives, figuring out how these things connect, developing a network where you are, and then expanding it.
Navigation: What now? How should we move forward? What can I bring back to my campus when I leave this conference?

Since the first annual conference in 2012, this event has been held in the Green Quad’s Learning Center for Sustainable Futures at the University of South Carolina. The decision was made to begin allowing other institutions to host, beginning in 2020. Today, the University of Georgia has the honor to host. Over the years, 20 different colleges and universities from North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Florida, Tennessee, Kentucky, Virginia, and Texas have attended this important event.
