  1. Attend a kick-off event prior to the start of the semester and meet monthly as a group (virtually or in-person).
  2. Attend Sustainability Certificate Coffee Hours (at least 2 per semester) to provide one on one peer mentoring for Sustainability Certificate Students.
  3. Organize or co-organize at least one sustainability event outside of the classroom per year. This can be a service activity for certificate students, a social event, or a professional development opportunity.
  4. Write one short reflection for the Sustainability Certificate Newsletter.
  5. Represent the Sustainability Certificate at events, and classes including assisting with fall and spring orientation events.
  6. Provide student feedback to the Certificate Program staff and director.
  7. Support outreach and recruitment efforts.

Term of Service

Student Ambassadors must commit to at least one semester of service, though a full academic year is ideal. Students may re-apply to the program each year.
